Job Description
: Responsibilities: Organize and manage the R&D activities of assigned projects to ensure work is properly prioritized and completed in timely manner to deliver results. Execute new products from conception to commercialization by working with sales, marketing, operation, purchasing and quality assurance. Maintain external and marketplace awareness related to new concepts, products, ingredients technologies and trends. Work cross functionally to communicate and lead development of new products and technologies. Identify new technologies, ingredients, materials and processes that provide product and operational improvements. Provide technical support to operations to ensure product excellence and cost efficiency for new product launches. Seek innovation solution directed at supporting continuous improvement. Actively seek to enhance technical skills through project experience, seminars, professional conference and training programs.
