What is the Product Development and Implementation Senior Associate, Americas in Product Strategy - Americas group responsible for?

The Americas Product team ensures the organization is successful in providing competitive, profitable, and complete product solutions that meet the varied and changing needs of investors. Within this team, the Product Development & Implementation team is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide resources in executing product initiatives in Canada, Brazil and Mexico.

The Senior Associate on the Product Development & Implementation team:

Leads product initiatives, including launches, mergers, closures, product changes and the development of new vehicle types.

Partners with various functional departments and senior product leaders globally to gather requirements, devise project plans and oversee their efficient execution.

Communicates clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders as required.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Product Development and Implementation Senior Associate, Americas?

Works on all retail and institutional product initiatives including product launches, changes and rationalizations from concept development to execution.

Leads cross-functional operational development efforts to gather requirements.

Drafts product development plans and authors project documents.

Communicates with business partners and stakeholders across the organization.

Delivers on business solutions and partners with business/technology that align with overall strategy of the business.

Accepts and accomplishes challenging goals with enthusiasm, resilience and a focus on outcomes.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience required

2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of related experience

Must have interest in, and a strong grasp of, detail

Must be comfortable with, and successful in, navigating complexity

Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential; proficiency in SharePoint is preferred

Experience with Morningstar and eVestment is preferred

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging applications, with proven aptitude to master new software

Excellent investigative and business problem-solving skills

Ability to work with rapid turnaround times and changing priorities

Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment, effectively prioritizing multiple projects and associated deliverables.
