Your Role

As a Product/UX Designer, you will:

Design for Kids: Create delightful, age-appropriate experiences grounded in child psychology and learning science, focusing on safety, clarity, and accessibility. Set a Global Standard: Deliver modern, world-class design aesthetics that appeal to both kids and parents worldwide. Craft with Empathy: Use research, playtesting, and behavioral insights to design intuitive, parent-approved experiences. Elevate UX/UI: Apply expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design to balance fun with functionality. Prototype & Iterate: Build interactive prototypes using Figma, Protopie, or similar tools, and validate with real users. Tell Stories with Design: Create personas, user journeys, and wireframes to communicate design intent. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, educators, engineers, and marketers to deliver innovative learning solutions.

What We Want to See in You

Proven Experience: 3+ years in product/UX design with a strong portfolio (kids, gaming, or edtech a plus). Child-Centered UX Knowledge: Deep understanding of how children perceive, interact, and learn from digital interfaces. Aesthetic Excellence: Global-ready design sensibility with international appeal. Tool Mastery: Expert in Figma, prototyping tools; strong Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva skills; HTML/CSS & AI-driven workflows are a bonus. Ambition & Creativity: Drive to push design boundaries and create globally recognized, child-friendly solutions. Collaborative Spirit: Great communicator and team player in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment
