Responsibilities As the Product Designer, you will help to build the next generation of cutting-edge, self-serving dashboards that simplifies decision-making for our clients across the globe through delivering real-time risk intelligence.

• Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to define both the long-term strategy and short-term tactics for our dashboard
• Identify new opportunity areas, and validate potential solutions to pain points
• Partner with internal stakeholders to design intuitive user experience that delivers the right intelligence at the right time to our users
• Work closely with other designers to develop and expand the product design systems
• Be involved in design reviews and regularly share your work with the executive team

• Minimum of 3 years of UX/UI design experience, with a demonstrated portfolio showing your design for both web and mobile platforms
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Zeplin, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with UI and UX design on large scale, complex business software system or business-oriented SaaS software systems
• Experience in developing rich UX/Front-end for user-facing web applications
• Experience in cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues
• Knowledgeable in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, and well-versed in usability principles and techniques
• Possess strong communications skills and ability to translate features into functional applications
• Team player with the ability to work adapt and work in a fast pace environment

• Minimum of 5 years relevant design experience at a SaaS and product-based company
• Demonstrated experience in designing business tools, operational tools, and/or dashboard-based products
• Possess strong communications skills to explain and present your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to simplify complex problems to find the right balance of flexibility, performance and ease of use
• Team player who is able to work adapt and in a fast pace environment
