Your Responsibilities:
Experience leading discussions with PMs, engineering, other designers, and execs in evolving design proposals.
Experience in building new consumer product offerings, and conducting user research to inform MVP definition and development.
Expertise in considering the technical difficulty of different designs, and in finding ways to test concepts as simply as possible.
Strong appetite to innovate and create unique products & experiences.
Vast experience in ideation and execution of digital user experiences.
A strong understanding of both user experience and interface design.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and designing beautiful UI.
Understanding of building and implementing global design systems.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Autonomy and ownership. Working on a distributed team means you don't have someone micromanaging you or looking over your shoulder to make sure you're getting things done.
Requirements:
3+ years of digital product experience. Having worked on and shipped products end-to-end.
Exceptional UI/UX chops and solid design skills.
Ability to work with design research. You can help shape research activities and translate findings into design output.
You are able to help break down and scope a feature while keeping an eye to the larger project vision.
Translate user needs and business requirements into concrete ideas, flows that clearly illustrate how sites function, wire frames, and clickable prototypes.
Produce detailed design documentation to hand-off to developers to implement high-quality features.
Detailed knowledge of how modern web and mobile applications are built.

Years of the overall design, UX, UI and digital product experience.
