Product Design Engineer Mechanical
Job Description
: Design of a new Product - As per inputs from sales/ customer Through following stages: - Concept Development - Feasibility Analysis. Utility - Functional Performance , Load Capacities - (Stress-Strain Analysis) Cost analysis. - Making Engineering Drawings. - Prototype Testing. - Finalizing .Drawings, Costs, Performance Parameters, and Quality Parameters etc. Preparing Assemblies of mechanical components. (variety of shop fittings) Preparing BOQ & BOM of the product for prepared/or received layouts. Preparing of interior Layouts in Retail showrooms/ malls/shops with chosen products (shop fittings) Skills & Knowledge Required: Fundamentals of engineering drawings and drafting General knowledge in manufacturing / production process Designing with different materials viz. MS, SS, Aluminium, Wood (PB/MDF),PVC, Glass etc. Drafting of Mechanical Parts with Design aspects in Auto Cad Experience in any 3D software will be Preferred. General know how of Architectural Interiors layouts/Drawings Good Verbal & written communication skills General knowledge in manufacturing / production process Designing with different materials viz. MS, SS, Aluminium, Wood (PB/MDF),PVC, Glass etc. Drafting of Mechanical Parts with Design aspects in Autocad Experience in any 3D software will be Preferred. General know how of Architectural Interiors layouts/Drawings Good Verbal & written communication skills
