Who should apply: You should apply if: Work Experience: 2-4 years You have strong competency in MS Excel, SQL, MS PowerPoint and exposure to popular CRM and project management tools. You have an analytical nature having a diligent and meticulous approach. You are a champion generalist - you will be thinking through strategy, finance, marketing, product and operations problems, all in the same week (or even day!) You have been an entrepreneur, have worked for 2+ years in a fast-paced environment like consulting / investment banking / venture capital / executive management OR you have experience with being a part of teams that have launched new business initiatives. You love exploring new software tools and understanding how these tools can be best used to further improve quality of life within the company. You have a basic understanding of programming languages like python and JavaScript- bonus, not a pre-requisite. You enjoy working with best-in-class driven, high caliber individuals. You are a fun person to be friends with! Major Responsibilities Work directly with the CEO and COO in managing operations on a day-to-day basis and streamlining processes across all business units. Help the top management with creating insightful data on the company\'s performance and be part of the fundraising process. Understand the various data sources that operations teams work with and help them build pipelines to gather and understand this data more easily. Evaluate and implement various tools that might help internal teams improve productivity and increase team performance. Identify weaknesses in current internal processes and streamline these processes to improve key business metrics such as customer acquisition, NPS and turnaround times.
