The Product Analyst is a position within the BCG Knowledge & Design Tribe. The Knowledge & Design Tribe is an agile team which creates and maintains the Navigator platform globally and comprises of 11 squads & ~120 members. In collaboration with the Product Owner and other development team members, you will be an impactful, quality-focused member of the Cases/Materials squad at BCG. Cases/Materials Squad is a team of passionate individuals whose mission is to develop a robust content publishing and consumption platform, which allows swift contributions, improves findability, and enables effective content governance of knowledge assets.
This role is responsible for assisting the team with requirements discovery, backlog refinement, feature documentation, user support, and quality assurance. You will collaborate with Cases/Materials squad members to ensure user stories and artifacts meet the needs of the team, the Product Owner, and key stakeholders. You will use your deep knowledge of applications and business processes to support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization and data analysis. You will work closely with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs and acceptance criteria.
YOU'RE GOOD AT

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
4-6 years of relevant work experience with business analysis and/or product management in an agile environment, including working collaboratively to discover and propose relevant solution objectives and requirements.
Understanding of software applications including topics such as: Enterprise architecture, Data analytics, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, drafting user stories and story mapping
Ability to process and analyze large dataset easily. Knowledge of Alteryx, Advance MS-excel, SQL is encouraged
Persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organizational skills, interpersonal skills, requirements planning, and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification and resolution.
Working knowledge of retrieval using SQL
Working knowledge of JIRA
Experience in working with distributed teams in an agile context Expertise is Scrum encouraged
Experience working on large, complex IT (Information Technology) projects (Good to have)
Ability to create visualizations using Tableau (Good to have)
Keen interest in understanding customer pain points and solving them with a service mindset to keep product satisfaction high.
Bachelor?s degree, or equivalent, required. Major in Business, Technology, or related field encouraged.
