We have offices in Gurgaon and Bangalore. About the role: If you are excited about the way millions of Indians track, save, and grow their money, we would like to have you join the Platforms and Growth product team at INDmoney. As an Analyst, you will work with Product, UXD and Tech teams to a) deep dive into input and output metrics b) surface key insights for both customers and businesses c) suggest problems and/or solutions. Since you will work closely with the product team, you will get a first-hand look into how products get built. Responsibilities: Taking end-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction.
Develop data-driven business insights and narratives to identify opportunities, generate new hypotheses, and define product strategies through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
Design, conduct and analyze A/B experiments to to measure the impact of new product features and drive decision-making
Contribute to product roadmap with new, justifiable ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features
Define key metrics mapping product performance to business success
Build dashboards to track the progress of feature rollouts and the long-term success of products
Collaborate with engineers to ensure and improve data access and reliability
Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience as a data/product analyst in consumer product organizations
Proven ability to analyze and synthesize data, including writing SQL
Be customer obsessed; you should constantly be on the lookout to find pain points and solve them ground up.
Understanding of product lifecycle, comfort working with technical & business teams and product management best practices
Be an owner; you will be responsible for driving key business outcomes through analysis your incessant drive to make things right will define the success of the organization
Have great communications skills; you should be able to crisply communicate a challenge to any stakeholder and derive a closure.
