We envision that a vast majority of the county\'s population will get better access to high-quality healthcare through their employers. Today, this is reflected through more than 55% of the health insurance penetration in India being driven by group health insurance products. About The Role: You will be the guiding and support system for product analysis at Nova and responsible for ensuring all initiatives of the product are well driven by data. You will be owing the responsibility of enabling multiple teams with all the relevant data and analysis needed. This role will help various teams at Nova to take better decisions using data and analysis. You should be an aspirational person with great analytical and good product sense with an aim to get into product roles. Core Responsibilities: Analyze trends and pore through our data to answer critical business and product questions. Improve product features and measure the impact of product features and experiments. Work closely with product, design and engineering teams to develop and/or refine customer value propositions and competitive positioning for key assessment product solutions. Analysis, preparation, and management of product enhancements that affect their modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, design, success, and support. Provide project management and business analysis support in an agile development environment. Work with QA team to define and manage testing suite. Assist with communication and launch plan of developed and/or enhanced products. Help the PMs in establishing the product\'s goals. Background & Expertise: Must have worked as a business analyst role at a tech-first organization with reputable products, for at least 1 year. Job Requirement Skills & Traits that we are looking at: Bachelor\'s or Graduate\'s Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or information systems, or equivalent experience. Good knowledge to write SQL queires is a must Expertise in Excel. Experience with Meta base, Python, R, or relevant languages for analysis of data Fluent in business process analysis and statistics. Demonstrated attention to detail and decision making capabilities. A collaborator, critical thinker, and problem solver. Can participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums.
