Know more about us: Brief about the Team B&M Retail vertical of TATA 1mg is a unique setup of Retail, where we offer best-in-class pharmacy, diagnostics, and e-consultation under one roof. The team is responsible for In-Store operations execution, fulfilling error-free medicine dispensing, in-store Product Management & the best-in-class In-store customer experience.The team closely works with Warehousing, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to Identify customer requirements and fulfill them with quality and commitment. What will you do Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on pharmaceutical, OTC & FMCG products sold in the pharmacy retail store Ensure that customers are well-informed about the products they are purchasing and their intended uses Provide guidance on the use of the product, including potential side effects and interactions with other medications Recommend appropriate over-the-counter products based on the customer-s symptoms and health history Assist customers with finding products in the store and offer alternative options if necessary Keep up to date on new products and industry development Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide comprehensive service Contribute to the team effort by achieving the allocated targets What we are looking for 1-5 years of experience as a product advisor in Healthcare or related industry Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including over-the-counter medicines and supplements Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection and use Why Join Us Tata 1mg provides one of the most exciting and high-growth environments to work in.
