You will deliver benefit to IHG through supporting Corporate Procurement and appropriate Category Development & optimising supplier relationships and commercial deals for Group Value Benefit. Your day to day Provide sourcing support to corporate stakeholders and category teams Build an understanding of relevant supply markets and the implications for IHG Successful execution of category, sourcing, demand management and continuous improvement projects to deliver business objectives and cost benefits to hotels and owners Prioritize workload to ensure delivery of projects within agreed SLA\'s Provide commercial challenge to business stakeholders Develop and deliver successful supplier relationship management plans Operating within the Global Procurement operating model Ensure all reporting tools are updated in line with specified timelines Develop excellent stakeholder relationship with the focus on communicating effectively throughout the business What We Need From You Whilst we love experience, mindset is of equal importance. We\'re looking for someone who is committed with a natural ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment. An ideal candidate will have experience in growing cross-cultural relationships and is able to adapt established ways of working to meet the needs of an ever-changing environment.
