What you'll do
Key Responsibilities:
Material/inventory management
Planning, implementing, and executing supply chain strategies; excellence in planning & scheduling statutory requirements, implementation & compliance of Warehouse, Materials Management
Leading purchasing initiatives & executing best practices in warehouse / materials management that create cost savings
Ensuring scientific material management of stores to maintain optimum level of inventory.
Monitoring & controlling crashing of activities on regular basis to complete entire job as per schedule.
Follow up with the schedule of various consultants (Site Managers) for purchase of raw stock and required material.
Responsible for the inspection and identification of delivered material and check all documents
Collaborate with Zonal Manager/Engineers to determine and raise requisite PRs for supply needs
Timely utilization of shelf life material to avoid any loss due to expiry of products
Tracking & maintaining the inventory levels in the stores for all items required (Civil, MEP Spares & Consumables) thereby ensuring optimum use of inventory
Supervising & controlling the warehousing processes & providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancement, optimum utilization of available resources through JIT (Just in Time) approach
Ensuring that indents are raised as per time schedule prepared by planning department and the execution team.
Spearheading the computerized (ERP) control of incoming / outgoing materials
Detect stagnant inventory and plan its quick utilization
Regulate purchase requisition by constantly monitoring material availability in virtual stores
To ensure implementation & maintaining of ISO standards.
Checking and preparing the necessary stock statement and time such as monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly
Skills:
Possess good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities to get the work done as per schedule
Proven interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the capability to work under pressure
A system oriented and technology savvy professional
Proficient in ERP, MS Office
Logical and well organized
Significant practical experience relevant to the trades.
Qualification & Work Experience:
Graduate in any field with 6-10 years of experience in a similar role with a medium/large sized organization.
Diploma in Material Management will be an added advantage
Experience in the construction/real estate industry.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
