Job Description

We're hiring for an Opex Procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing and cost optimization for warehouse and dark store operations. This role sits at the core of operational efficiency and directly impacts service quality and margins. You'll work closely with supply chain, finance, and vendor partners to drive procurement excellence at scale.

• Manage Opex procurement for warehouse and dark store operations
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure cost and process efficiency
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, legal, and finance teams
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality
• Track market trends and input cost dynamics to inform procurement decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies

Influence critical procurement decisions across pan-India operationsWork with a fast-paced, tech-first industry leader in food logistics

• 4-8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in warehousing/FMCG/logistics
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to work on cost optimization and budget controls
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost efficiencies
