Responsible for delivery excellence in the process.
Responsible for providing oversight and ensure accuracy of all process outputs (Reports) and adherence to agreed quality metrics and deadlines.
Stake Holders Management Experience and Understanding on Escalation Matrix
Handling ad-hoc requests on a timely manner.
Responsible for adherence to production Planning and meeting of deliverables by supporting the team.
Responsible for maintaining all the documents up to date for the team: Process maps, Standard operating procedures.
Identify and implement Process Improvements.
Responsible to Supervise and mentor team members and team leaders.

Good understanding on Ariba and SAP.
Proficient in Procurement and AP Process.
Should be able to identify the priorities and act accordingly.
Should be expert in multitasking and coordinating with support function and cross functional teams.
Effective Project management and mentoring skills.

Secondary Skills

Effective Communication and analytical skills.
Excellent in MS-Office (Advanced).
Good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skill.
Excellent knowledge of analysis and reconciliation of accounts and procure to Pay Processes.
Quick learner and self-motivated.
Should be comfortable working in any shifts.
