Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production engineering discipline with minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

• 5 + years of relevant experience in procurement or related function
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• You should have Good problem solving and decision-making skills , Long Term Contract experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with communication skills and relationship building ability
• Digital mindset when it comes to collaboration and communication as well as in data analytics.
• Ability to direct , coach mentor and support an experienced team or work together and ensure the embracement of management targets and company values

Your responsibilities

L2L

• Monitor all types of NCC within procurement and coordinate with K7 team and functions to complete CAPA process in time
• Coordinate with claim managers and procurement team to drive claim activities so that the net NCC is contained below target level and report claim activities for business review.
• Attend L2L meetings and contribute to the process to build corporate lessons learned.
• Analyse current and previous NCCs and CAPAs prepared by K7 and suggest preventive actions based on Lessons Learned from the project and advise what is needed to implement such solutions.
• Ensure implementation of target of deriving preventive actions and Lessons within 7 weeks from the CAPA start date.
• Participate in management meetings like make it right board, NC management review board, project and protfolio review to share the status of CAPAs.
• Communicate and constantly exchange information within make it right roles
• Create understanding within the organisation and teach the lessons learned
• Act as a point of contact on all NCC topics within Procurement and also point of contact for NCC enquiries from other functional stakeholders.
• Define and ensure implementation of supplier claim management and associated supplier nonconfirmance management processes
• Coach and develop the team and give individuals and groups feedback on performance and expectations

VCIP.

• Analyse packaging sires procurement data to determine potential cost and lead time reduction opportunities. Liase with site procurement heads to align on site local needs.
• Determine aligned priorities, prepare an action plan and implement.
• Liase with cross functional teams as required.
• Report progress regularly and seek support from procurement leadership on resource, tools etc as needed to enable successful plan implementation.
