Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee procurement strategies for Electrical - BOS items related to Solar ,Wind & BESS projects to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency in the renewable energy sector. This role requires strong expertise in managing supply chain operations and vendor relationships.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels to meet project requirements efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and plan resource needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
• Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving and risk mitigation opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering mandatory with overall experience of 14+ years in SCM
• Experience in procurement of Inverters , EMS , SCADA, Power Transformers, 33 KV transformers ,Inverters ,switchyard, transmission line ,cables ,HT panels contracts including costing of these items
• Contract drafting to mitigate risk
• Ability to primitive risks & proactive
• Working experience of SAP
• Managing team of 7-8 people
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with project stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
