Job Description

Procurement Engineer - Rooftop O&M is to support sourcing, contracting, and supply chain activities for rooftop solar operations. The role involves managing service contracts, material procurement, vendor relationships, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth O&M operations and optimal plant performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage service contracts for O&M and I&C in rooftop projects, including RFQs, reverse auctions, techno-commercial evaluations, and contract awards
• Handle material procurement requirements for the O&M team
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Manage existing vendors and develop new vendor relationships
• Handle AMCs and spare parts management
• Coordinate with Asset Management, BD, Accounts, and other internal teams
• Work on strict timelines to support uninterrupted plant performance
• Prepare and present MIS reports to management
