Dear Candidate, We are having Job Opening in our well known client at MUMBAI/ Abroad for the position of : E&l / Mechanical PQCS Engineer" Location: Mumbai/ Oman Designation: E&I PQCS Engineer Experience: 07 + years Duration: 12 months Contract Extendable Further on MMK Enterprises Payroll Education : BE / B.Tech/ Diploma Should have experience : Offshore Project/Quality /Vendor Inspection/ Third Party Inspection/PQCS : General Quality Assurance and control in the entire procurement cycle of all the product and inventions. Procurement Activities: \xc2\xb7 Evaluating technical and quality competencies of the vendors during preparation of the vendor list. \xc2\xb7 liaising with others departments for aligning the quality issues in product specification. \xc2\xb7 Evaluating technical offers for the assurance towards compliance of all statutory quality specifications. \xc2\xb7 Bid evaluating in regards to QC Compliance and safety. Post Ordering Activity: \xc2\xb7 Attending Kick-off- Meeting to apprise the QA/QC procedures and the desired inspection testing plans. \xc2\xb7 Inspection and certification of raw material of vendors shop/site. \xc2\xb7 Review of shop and fabrication drawings and documents drafted by the vendors. \xc2\xb7 Establishing WPS/PQR/WQT etc. at vendors\' shops. \xc2\xb7 Stage inspection and timely clearance of fold points. \xc2\xb7 Handling Non Conflicts of different phases in product procurement cycle. \xc2\xb7 Review of logistics and shipment plans to ensure Quality conformity during transport. \xc2\xb7 Receipt of material and conformity certification as per specification and order. \xc2\xb7 Documentation of all records and preparation of Quality compliance dossier for each of the Product/Order. Candidate should have experience in oil& gas ,petrochemical ,chemical, fertilizer Candidate Must have experience in Offshore Projects. Candidate should have experience in Quality, Third Party Inspection, Vendor Inspection, PQCS, Final Salary to be discussed by L&T Client. Deduction will be: P.T.
