Showroom Code Conversion: Implementing the new QR code Inventory Management System across all the Western Region.You will play an important role in completing this ongoing project. This involves visiting the showrooms to complete data entry of stock and documentation as per the guidelines provided. Work as part of the QR Code Implementation Team and coordinate with the showroom teams/ other departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of the project.Support for Data Entry and Coordination: With the existing stock management aka QR code team to ensure a smooth running of operations and responsibilities.With the Accounts Department for printing and reprinting codes for stock transfers, stock taking queries, customer product returns, and canceled ordersWith the Marketing and Digital teams on a new brand and product launches and visual merchandising.Inventory Analysis, Planning & Coordination: To generate and provide necessary data to evaluate customers' buying behavior and sale opportunities from current and historic data to compute the showroom's stock requirement. You will have opportunities to locate growth potentials based on new collections available for the showroom's target audience and local area demographics. Throughout your journey, you will have the support of an experienced team, knowledgeable Showroom Managers, and Regional Coordinators.
Sunglasses and Frame Style Selection: Work closely with and learn from our experienced eyewear selection team to choose new styles and collections from renowned international and leading Indian eyewear brands: Cartier, Mont Blanc, Maybach Eyewear, Tom Ford, Gucci, Armani, Prada, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Rayban, Carrera and many more.
TRAVELLING: This is a full-time role that needs you to be physically present at our Head Office in Fort, Mumbai. This role also gives you the opportunity to travel to our company's showrooms across key cities in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka.EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant stream.
EXPERIENCE: Worked extensively on Microsoft Excel: formulas, pivot tables, and other data evaluation tools.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in data entry of retail stock, data analysis, coordination with different teams and departments, and report creation.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
