Role summary: The Procurement and Contract Administrator provides procurement guidance, enablement and expertise to all internal customers and business stakeholders, closely partnering with the Strategic Sourcing organization, accounts payable, taking accountability for processing all Purchase Requests and commercial agreements in accordance with applicable internal rules, procedures, and local/global statutory requirements. Operational Responsibilities/ownership Procurement and Contract administration operations in line with SLA requirements Supplier On-boarding and Supplier master data management Validation of Purchase requisition (PR) for documentation, accuracy and releasing of Purchase order (PO) Contract management and administration which shall include execution by all parties in accordance with internal approvals, sign-off thresholds, and processes as well as filling of contracts post execution in a central repository with specific nomenclature and pre-designed process P-card program administration which includes P-card provisioning, administration and re-conciliation Corporate card program administration Responsible for supplier communication to resolve transactional issues. Responsible for resolving invoice price and terms discrepancies to enable order processing Working with IT for changes to be initiated for the tools, training, awareness and enablement for employees on procurement tools procedures and policies Collaborative Responsibilities and Soft skills requirements Support Strategic Sourcing team with reports/data through generating reports Collaborate with Accounts Payable to untangle invoicing issues as well as workflow-based requirements for supplier on-boarding Interact with internal customers and suppliers daily to resolve transactional issues Open minded, dynamic personality with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), team player Strategical, analytic way of thinking and very organized, process oriented and solution orient approach Must be punctual, organized, motivated, multitasking, problem solving and detail oriented Quick learner and problem solver Ability to perform with minimum supervision, a team player who takes 360 degree ownership of the tasks assigned and looks to identify areas of improvements and takes up initiatives to work on fixing gaps and concerns Pro-active approach towards internal and external customer centricity Linguistic capability requirements ..Fluency with respect to verbal and written communication in English language for all locations is a minimum requirement for this role Added advantage if Post graduate or additional qualifications related to supply chain or operational management and speaking Brazilian/Spanish/French Been part of at least one transformational project with regards to Procurement operational efficiency and effectiveness Minimum Requirements : Graduate in any discipline (10 /4) Minimum Experience - 2 to 5 years ..Working Hours : 6:30 pm until 4:00 AM India time zone Prior experience of handling Procure to Pay cycle transactions preferably in an IT or ITES organization with ERPs like Oracle, Coupa, Ariba or SAP Contract management and administration Basic knowledge of the Source to pay cycle P-card administration and management Life at PTC is about more than working with today\'s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
