Summary of the Role:
Responsible for analyzing data from various sources to support Procurement efforts such as cost reductions, price management, risk mitigation, compliance, category management, and preventing plant shutdowns due to material shortages. Will be accountable for specific projects related to key Procurement performance indicators and metrics. Partners with Global Procurement management, planners, finance, sourcing managers, and others to support and leverage various initiatives and objectives.


Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Execute tasks as an independent self-starter that effectively adapts to changes and organizes activities to deliver expected results on time.
• Provide analytical and project support for cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives.
• Effectively collate, interpret, validate, and present data from multiple sources.
• Work closely with project sponsors to define scope, objectives, and deliverables to complete projects on time.
• Effectively communicate project related updates to project sponsors.
• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Diligently prioritize projects while keeping in mind importance, value creation, and time commitment.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop and implement improvements to existing processes.
• Prepare and provide presentations to internal and external customers.
• Ability to work effectively in multifunctional, global teams.
