Relocation Authorized:None Telework Type:Full-Time Office/Project Responsible for supply chain function processes and operations improvement activities. The activities included but not limited to support resource planning, perform as promised process improvement initiatives, facilitates functional audits, process improvement in sourcing, expediting, supplier document management. Responsible for supply chain procedure compliance, functional KPIs and supply chain communications. JOB DIMENSIONS: A. Supervision Received Acts independently to find methods and procedures on functional assignment. Often acts as facilitator or team player. Reports to and receives operational direction from Manager of Supply Chain and Procurement Operations Manager. Independently works with everyone across the function. B. Supervision Exercised Only on need basis. C. Contacts Maintains close working relationships with all project procurement team and other disciplines within the function. Maintains contacts with Global Supply Chain functions to ensure assigned responsibilities are carried out effectively. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support supply chain function resource planning and work off requirements. Develop supply chain dashboard and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the function update and monitor them on monthly basis communicate them to supply chain function and others (key stakeholders). Develop supply chain KPIs for Performance as Promised and manage them. Support the KPI improvement activities. Review and assess supply chain processes and provide necessary enhancement to make it more efficient. Manage and report cost savings for the function. Assess and present procurement spend data for various project. Review Supplier Qualification Process, Performance Evaluation consolidation activities. Review the process of identifying and qualifying new suppliers and new subcontractors pursuant to procurement operating procedures (IWPP). Facilitate functional audit requirements. Ensure the consistency in the Procurement Procedure compliance across the projects. Develop training material for supply chain function where necessary. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Internal A Bachelor\'s degree from a reputed University. Degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or related field. 5-10 years of relevant industry experience with good communication skills. External A Bachelor\'s degree from a reputed University. Degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or related field. 5-10 years of relevant industry experience in procurement and supply chain management, process improvements and data analytics in a reputed company with good communication skills. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Possesses a level of proficiency in following: Procurement working knowledge and IT background/experience is an ideal combination for this role. Broad Professional knowledge and experience of principles and practices of purchasing, materials and logistics management. Working Knowledge on Procurement/Supply Chain ERP/Business Systems various modules. Must have a good understanding of procurement and supply chain workflow and processes. Must have good computer skills including Microsoft-suite power point presentations, MS excel spread sheet analysis. Demonstrates ability to interpret & apply relevant policies & procedures.
