Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Procurement Analyst

• Determine the supply needs of Allucent, helping in researching potential suppliers for supply needs.
• Researching and documenting features and benefits of products and services for strategic decisions concerning procurement.
• Documenting processes and generating monthly supply cost reports helps in strategic procurement decisions.
• Sourcing suppliers by co-ordinating with Procurement Managers.
• Documenting the features and benefits of products and services.
• Preparing cost-benefit analysis reports for review by Procurement managers.
• Negotiating favourable procurement contracts with selected vendors and suppliers.
• Keeping abreast of vendor and supplier-related activities in the industry to create a comprehensive database of vendors.
• Prepare metrics on a monthly basis to arrive at the savings achieved on a regular basis.

Requirements

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, business administration, or accounting.
• The individual should have a Life Sciences background plus clinical operations experience.
• More than five years\' procurement analysis experience in a related industry.
• In-depth business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing knowledge.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
