Job Overview:Procurement Analyst will provide general support to business operations ensuring lights stay on and participate in business transformation programs as need emerges. As an Analyst in Procurement Operations, you will have a significant role supporting our transactional purchasing process. You will get to support supplier registration and enablement, PR/PO management, contract management and catalog management processes. In addition, you will positively impact employee and supplier experience, offering support and guidance via all channels of communication.Responsibilities:

• Ensure procurement helpdesk is optimally monitoring and responding to inbound issues and support requests.
• Support transactional purchases and business process tasks in line with agreed service levels and promote preferred buying channels through to pay.
• Document and maintain SOPs, business process documents and intranet pages.
• Perform purchase requisition validations for accuracy, completion, required approvals and compliance with policy.
• Proactively coordinate end-to-end and maintain supplier records and related documentation as current.
• Maintain existing supplier catalogs and collaborate to deploy new.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) to resolve and reconcile supplier invoice related issues.
• Support in preparation of metrics and data analysis for monitoring process performance and health.
• General support activities for procurement operations, as the need arises.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably supporting Procurement business process.
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in navigating SAP Ariba, S4 HANA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Open to supporting global time zones (UK & US).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.

• Prior experience in supporting Source to Pay business process for a technology company.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, including deploying BOTS to automate business process.
