Job Description

Responsibilities Understand priorities for requirements and follow purchase procedures on compliance and spend limits. Manage Purchase requisitions and work towards release of POs on time to suppliers. Develop sourcing plan and co-ordinate with suppliers for completion for low value purchases. Develop comparatives in RFQ documents. Co-ordination with various stakeholders to gain approvals where required. Communicate across multiple stakeholders, requestors, inventory control. Resolve and co-ordinate any operational day to day issues with the suppliers, requestors, Accounts Payable. Create and manage the contracts for different purchases and renewals. Qualifications Graduate with Excellent communication skills Minimum 7-8 years of prior buying experience across any PR to PO, tactical buying via single source or multiple source Good understanding of various procurement guidelines Experience in Contract Management Prior experience of working with suppliers and stakeholders Good analytical / reasoning skills Proficiency in MS Office ERP exposure Night Shift Commitment : Willingness to work night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM , maintaining operational effectiveness during non-standard working hours.
