If the order ships complete, the task in the Pending Ship Complete in SharePoint - inputs the tracking info and ETA and marks completed to be sent to the Billing Team. Email is sent to the client/internal team indicating order has shipped complete - giving details in email. Skill Requirements: Excellent and clear communication skills, oral and written. Strong customer service orientation. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics a plus Excellent organizational and follow up skills required.
