JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROCESS LEAD TRAINER \xe2\x80\x93 LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT Experience in understanding and training new hire on the company business process Experience in curating PPT presentations and handling MIS of process certified joiners. Excellent communication skills ( English, Hindi ) with Marathi ( optional) Commanding personality and excellent inter personal skills. Work experience : Minimum 4 years to 6 years as process Trainer out of that at least one year as Lead position Note \xe2\x80\x93Joining immediate: - Work from Office must. We work 6 days in a week. COMPENSATION : At par with industry and basis capability Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
