Shift - 24*7 (rotational)Week off - 1 day rotationalNotice period - ImmediateDesired Skills : -Languages - English, Hindi (Mandatory); any other languages shall be an added advantageWillingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment with 6 days of workingGood MS Office skillsExposure to Chat & Compliance Management shall be an added advantageShould not fall under any disciplinary grids in the past 6 monthsResponsibility: -Deliver product training for New Hires in the Chat/Complaint Management and Voice Lines of BusinessesDesign training curriculum using inputs from Operations & QualityKnowledge management for the processMaintain MIS related to all training batchesKeep up to date with the product/process knowledgeAccountability for 0 - 30 days batch performanceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?470,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per yearBenefits:
