Training Delivery:
Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees, using various methods like workshops, role-playing, and virtual training.
Performance Evaluation:
Assessing employee performance during and after training, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Process Knowledge:
Possessing a deep understanding of BPO processes, including customer service, sales, technical support, or other relevant areas.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Effectively communicating information, facilitating discussions, and building rapport with trainees.
Monitoring & Support:
Providing ongoing support to employees after training, addressing questions, and ensuring they can apply their learning effectively.
