Job Description
Job Title: Process Trainer (BPO) : We are looking for an innovative trainer to design training programs for employees who need more corporate training. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking. \xc2\xb7 Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees. \xc2\xb7 Prepare learning materials for programs. \xc2\xb7 Develop onboarding programs for new employees. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Must have experience in BPO Industry. \xc2\xb7 Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to identify gaps in skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills.
