Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:



Conduct new hire (induction) training sessions. Provide refresher training for existing employees. Conduct client-specific process training, including systems, scripts, quality guidelines, and KPIs. Assess trainees through quizzes, role-plays, mock calls, and final certification. Support trainees during the nesting (on-the-job training) phase. Collaborate with team leaders and quality analysts to monitor trainee performance post-training. Gather feedback to improve training delivery and materials. Stay updated with process changes and integrate them into training modules.

Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Identifying training needs based Managing last-minute batch changes, urgent hiring needs, or process updates. Adapting training methods for in-person, virtual, or blended delivery. Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides - for creating professional training decks. Excel / Google Sheets - for maintaining trainee trackers, performance reports, and assessments. Word / Docs - for process manuals, SOPs, and handouts. Proficiency in platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex for remote training. Basic knowledge of QA tools used in BPO for quality monitoring. Basic troubleshooting of systems or AV setups used in classrooms or virtual sessions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
