Analyze existing business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Lead and facilitate process reengineering initiatives that align with strategic business objectives
Use datadriven approaches to redesign and optimize end to end processes for cost quality and cycle time improvements
Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement changes and ensure stakeholder buy in
Design and document target operating models new workflows and SOPs
Develop KPIs and performance measurement systems to monitor and sustain improvements
Work closely with technology teams to integrate automation ERP enhancements or digital tools in redesigned processes
Lead workshops root cause analysis sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide change management support to drive adoption of redesigned processes
Required Skills and Experience
7 years of experience in process reengineering business analysis or operational excellence
Proven experience in leading business transformation or process optimization projects
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Kaizen and BPM methodologies
Hands on experience with process mapping tools such as
Microsoft Visio
ARIS
Lucidchart
Bizagi
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on operational efficiency
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
