Role Description Build and lead an Industry-contextualized Process Mining practice, leveraging a range of relevant Partner tools and offer Business Outcome improvement through Process data-analytics & Process Consulting services. Consulting services shall range across various Industry verticals like Telecom, Travel & Hospitality, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Power Generation & Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water), Retail & CPG, etc. Essential Skill-set Hands-on proficiency with Process Mining tools like Celonis, SAP Signavio, etc. Familiarity with Analytical dashboard platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Exposure to Automation tools such as UI Path, Blue Prism, Autom ation Anywhere and Task mining tools such as Soroco. Hands-on Consult-to-Operate experience, having delivered multiple Business Process Transformation projects. Knowledge of core Industry processes across verticals mentioned above in the role description. Proven ability in managing Customer relationships and influence C-level Customer Executives. Ability to write Process Mining led Solutions and lead Operational execution of Analytics/ Consulting led Business Outcome Improvement engagements for clients. Proven ability Managing a team of Process analysts and Data engineers to deliver measurable improvement in business outcomes, at scale and speed. Collaborating closely with Customer stakeholders to establish alignment on Scope + Effort + Cost + Timelines + Key Enablement + Key Deliverables. Thought Leadership in evolving the practice to address key innovations and disruption in market trends - new Offerings, White papers, Industry event participation and front-ending Analyst relations. Hands-on exposure to Change Management & Transformation frameworks, helping clients reimagine their Business Processes and implement New Ways of Working (N-WOW). Prior ESG consulting experience in Sustainability road-map, Scope 1/2/3 Record-Report, etc shall be a distinct advantage.
