Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Mining Specialist with over 7 years of experience in process improvement, analytics, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio, or Disco, with the ability to turn system event logs into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Architect (ATC) will lead and execute end-to-end process mining projects across various business functions and collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings and recommend improvement strategies. They will also develop and maintain process mining KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports, and provide training and coaching to business users and analysts on process mining methodologies and tools. The ideal candidate will have a total of 12 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in process mining and the rest in process improvement, analytics, or business transformation. This is a hybrid position, with both remote and in-person work.
