We're seeking an experienced Process Manager to oversee and optimize our freight forwarding operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Analysis and Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
2. Process Design and Implementation: Design, document, and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of processes.
4. Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
5. Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to ensure they understand and can execute processes effectively.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and innovation to drive business growth and competitiveness.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in process management, operations, or logistics.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Certifications: Certification in process management, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
