JOB TITLE: Process, communication and Stakeholder Manager for Director\'s Office.

REPORTING TO: Director of the company (Ketan Kothari)

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Permanent

Location: Lower Parel (Kamala mills compound)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Hike on current CTC

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Working Days:All Sundays off and alternate Saturdays off.

Benefits: PF, Insurance, evening snacks etc.

- We seek a highly skilled and motivated Process Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be a male professional with 2-10 years of relevant experience. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing meetings, acting as the taskmaster for process improvement, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

- Proficiency in communication skills is essential, along with technical skills in using tools like PowerPoint and MS Office. You will also be responsible for optimizing processes and generating reports to improve efficiency. If you have a passion for process management and a commitment to achieving results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. you will be doing the work of the Director (communication with different people (outside as well as internal employees) and Managing the whole process and day to day working of the company smoothly) on his behalf and will be the only contact point between him and others.

- we want an Advance EA / PA to Director who would not be doing traditional duties like booking appointments/travel arrangements/typical secretary job but will be doing duties like supervising the daily operations of the company, Research, Project Management, stakeholding, process improvement, Communication with People on Behalf of Director.

- We want someone who can takeover the responsibilities,role and work of director (of the multiple companies where he is Board Member,companies in which he has invested as Venture Capitalist and also in Charitable organisations where he is involved.)

Skills Required:

- Managing the company process smoothly on a daily basis, conducting and arranging meetings with director and internal as well as external people, Should be a taskmaster, should have good communication skills, should know technical things like MS Office and Powerpoint, Should be a Stakeholder, should make efforts to improve the existing process, should make reports for director regarding company details.

Qualification: Minimum Graduation, MBA can be an additional advantage.
