As a Process Management Specialist and member of the international data management team, you will:

• Analyze, model, and improve selected business processes, including preparing and presenting process- and quality-related KPIs
• Maintain and update master data records in SAP for customer, vendor, and business partner data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with customers, internal team members, and stakeholders to support data management initiatives
• Participate in reviews, audits, and projects related to process and quality management improvements
• Prepare and maintain process and quality management documentation
• Identify and implement potential improvements in data maintenance processes
• Track agreed measures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
