Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

Title: PROCESS LEAD (PMO)

REPORTING LOCATION: Bangalore

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore &Chennai

SUMMARY OF ROLE AND OBJECTIVES:

We are looking for a dynamic Process Lead who will be responsible for ensuring all projects are running smoothly, on budget, and on time. You\'ll also liaise with project team members to gather, analyze, and monitor project data, as well as prepare project status reports.

As a part of the PMO you will drive the implementation of our internal processes and enhance agile practices. The ideal candidate will have project delivery expertise, KPIs management and Agile coaching experience and be responsible for ensuring the different project in the program embrace Agile practices and follow the defined processes and guidelines. He/she will model Agile behaviors, identify and close process gaps, perform metrics and dashboard management, conduct internal audits and ensure the program succeeds in meeting the organization\'s quality goals.

ROLE & OBJECTIVES:

  • Drive the implementation of Agile practices, improve the agility of scrum teams in SAFe setup across multiple projects.
  • Drive the implementation of project management processes and other defined IT processes within the Program. Engage with, coach, train, guide and mentor project teams to successfully adopt these IT processes that are part of the Eurofins IT QMS (Quality Management System)
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams to establish standard documentation procedures.
  • Drive Program team meetings and facilitate ceremonies to ensure alignment and successful delivery of releases and program objectives.
  • Provide visibility to Program management on the progress towards targeted quality and delivery goals and monitor the progress with health dashboards, heatmaps.
  • Define, maintain, and monitor KPIs and metrics and publish Project Status Reports for the same to senior management.
  • Create dashboards and conduct periodic reviews to improve collaboration and visibility within the Program. Analyze the deviations and report inferences and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Identify constraints and bottlenecks to process adoption within and outside the project teams and facilitate their resolution.
  • Facilitate data-driven approaches in identifying trends and potential issues and enabling proactive decision-making, eliminating potential bottlenecks.
  • Define and optimize existing processes, analyze current workflows and propose best practices, contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct internal process audits to identify non-compliances and gaps, support external auditors as needed.
  • Be flexible to take up assignments and innovative initiatives within the PMO team.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship building skills, ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Mandatory
  • 9-12 years of work experience in the IT domain, preferably software development and delivery, with 2-3 years of Project Management/Project Delivery experience
  • Practical experience and in-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework for software development.
  • Usage of Agile based (SCRUM) project management & collaboration tools is highly desirable (e.g. Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps, SharePoint);
  • Sound knowledge on Metrics and KPIs to derive inferences and forecasting to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Preferred
  • Knowledge/experience with Scaled Agile Framework/Large Scale Scrum with coaching experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience handling .NET projects and web-based application development with SOA architecture is desired.
  • Work experience as a PMO analyst overseeing multiple projects is good to have.
  • Project Management and Agile certifications like CSM, PSM, SaFe, PMP, CAPM is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools like MS Project and analytical tools like PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Advanced MS excel skills with expertise on Macro based programming etc.

Education background:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent (Computer Sciences, Information Technology)
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA:

Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
