We are currently seeking a Sr Process Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Roles and Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience in process management group
Facilitate process adoption from kick-off to closure to ensure process adherence to Quality Management System
Carry out or facilitate the conduct of different quality reviews at defined frequency depending on the type of engagements to evaluate or verify process implementation effectiveness in alignment with Project's defined processes
Facilitate Project Managers in defining performance objectives / Metrics and data capture
Perform audit for process compliance. Interact with customer IT managers, process leads
Partipate in external audits for customer, coordinate with NTT and customer to provide response to queries
Knowledge of one or more Quality Assurance standards / Model (ISO 9001, 20000, CMMI)
Knowledge of audit process
Auditing skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of Quality Management System
Skills in process documentation

Business Readiness Lead (Shared" IT/HR/Finance)
Coordinate w/ Business process leads to push out Floor Captain program
Coordinate w/ Comms team
Coordinate w/ business process leads and corp training lead to push out training
Floor Captain and End-User comms/training during FI HyperCare
