We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Support Consultant who will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, reporting, dashboards, and security model.
Good interpersonal skills such as being to present complex ideas to groups, active listening, and build long-term relationships with existing clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Consultant must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands from a large user base. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 in all technical and functional areas.
Taking ownership of technical issues, understanding customer requirements and working within escalation process to resolve more advanced issues.
Review inbound cases
Support and resolve incidents and problem tickets over phone/ email/remote meeting with SLA defined.
Collaborate with engineering and product delivery teams to understand product and project requirements.
Establish and maintain system optimization for shared filters and dashboards, group subscriptions, global permissions, email notifications, and resolving workflow issues.
Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve D365 Issues.
Continue monitoring & fine-tuning performance for D365 instances.
Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements/upgrades
Escalation issues / options / risks / awareness and facilitates technical sessions / issue resolution
Skilled with knowledge transfers / handoff s (e.g., support transition / knowledge)
Ability to support / troubleshoot complex integrations and data
Ability to program for support activities / small enhancements and support of project
Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts, and procedures as appropriate to project requirements
Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
Actively chase and track updates on work from internal customers/teams
Ensure best practices ITIL process are followed
Lead improvement continuous plan
Identify services improvements
