Responsible for performing various processes like loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, valuation imports based on the admin/client support team requirement.
Should be responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goal.
Complete a variety of tasks as per processes assigned within specified parameters of the client/admin/support team.
Delivering the set expectations in terms of key business metrics like \xe2\x80\x9cproductivity, volume count and quality\xe2\x80\x9d.
Functions include \xe2\x80\x93 only processing the above-mentioned processes.
Apart from processing, the team member should be able to \xe2\x80\x9cReview Process\xe2\x80\x9d.
Ability to accurately process high volume within the specified time frame.
Identify the issues/problems related to processes if any and cascade to the respective team lead.
Education and experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background
Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach
Skill Requirement:
Should have communication skills, Problem solving and analytical skills
Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to good working knowledge of Excel
Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly
Flexibility in work culture (She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement)
Good Knowledge in Reconciliation concepts
