About the Department

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts; Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Business Services (GBS) is part of the last one focusing business through offshoring. The unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) in Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form and other areas within Product Supply can soon join or add to the Catalogue to optimise costs and reduce complexity by operating an effective supply chain.

The Position

As a Process Lead, you are required to manage/monitor Supply Chain/Order Management cycle for business line, coordinates and contributes to supply chain processes, projects, standardization, and optimization of processes and actively works with staff to assess training requirements and develops plans to ensure staff needs are addressed. You will initiate and facilitates the sharing of process knowledge and best practices within the team and across the organisation and can impact and influence others. You will also be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Ability to recognize unusual, trends, or variations and communicate findings and recommendations to affiliate.
  • Coordinates, develops, and maintains documentation on projects and team assignments and proactively identifies, recommends, and implements process improvements in procedures of team assignments.
  • Proactively recognizes problems within scope of responsibilities, identifies options and solutions, then implements solutions and able to develop/implement/monitor performance metrics.
  • Maintain awareness of the business, operational activities, and processes in areas pertaining to scope of responsibilities and ensures that monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close schedules are met.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team, and a clear understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processes and the work of other people. Manage and monitor the process related controls such as Sarbox controls, Minimum and Local controls as per the set guidelines and timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in commerce or related field with 9+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Order management. Thorough understanding of Supply Chain Order Management (Order to Cash).
  • Experience with ERP System SAP.
  • Experience from International work environment.
  • Experience in analyse and solve quality problems, involved with Six Sigma, lean or other quality improvement projects.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Stakeholder Relation Management skills.
