Role Description This is a contract on-site role located in Jaipur for a Process Excellence Manager. The Process Excellence Manager will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, creating and implementing operational excellence strategies, and utilizing analytical skills to identify areas for improvement. The Process Excellence Manager will also be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders to design and implement new business processes. Qualifications Deep understanding of Process Excellence and Business Process Improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in implementing Business Process and Operational Excellence strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in project management and change management Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration or related field Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus Prior experience in mortgage, housing finance market is desired
