Moving content from portal-to-portal using Web Experience Management (WEM).
Formatting content to mirror what is currently published in order to maintain Brand standards.
Examining numerous and highly complex linking relationships between content items to ensure link viability throughout the process and across portals.
Reviewing metadata to ensure that automated processes were completed correctly, and if not, making corrections and notifying CM project lead of error.
Performing self-review of completed work ensure accuracy.
Performing peer review.
Recording progress in shared work-tracking system.
Making changes to previously migrated content based on QA findings and/or change in business process during the migration project.
Required Qualifications
6 years of technical documentation and publication experience demonstrated through work or military experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Prior QA/editing/review experience
Desired Qualifications:
Skills/strengths: OpenText or other content management system is highly desired.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work through assigned work with a high level of autonomy.
Utilizes knowledge of HTML, JavaScript languages and other web-based tools
Education: Any Graduate
