Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
? Drive continuous process improvements on the assembly line to enhance productivity and
reduce risk
? Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation (e.g., Control Plans, PFMEA, Check Sheets, etc.)
? Apply quality tools and methodologies such as APQP and 7QC tools
? Validate and map processes for efficiency and quality assurance
? Ensure compliance with ISO standards, especially IATF 16949
? Support and participate in customer audits and documentation reviews
? Lead and manage multiple process improvement projects concurrently
? Develop and implement new processes to improve manufacturing performance
? Handle complex manufacturing processes with a versatile and proactive approach
Qualifications:
? B.Tech in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in
process improvement
OR
? Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with 3-4 years of relevant experience in
the battery industry or a similar electronics field
? Electro-mechanical background preferred
