Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer-PHP-My Time Admin Roles And Responsibilities - . This position is responsible for attendance managing & administration of the company Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in semi-monthly Payroll activities. . The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of attendance details. . Knowledge of attendance validation and preparing the master tracker of government mandate leaves. . Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate. . Knowledge of dispute process and attendance correction as per the policies. . Responsible of publishing semi-monthly Payroll tracker & Dashboard . Coordinate with Business team. . Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application . Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies . Responsible for various MIS reports. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Proficiency in Microsoft office . Relevant payroll/Hr Administration experience . People oriented and results driven. . Knowledge of HR systems and databases . Postgraduate/Graduate Preferred qualifications - . High Energy and Commitment levels . Self-driven and self-motivated . Good problem-solving skills . Highly Flexible . Excellent attendance record . Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills . Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well independently and within a team.
