The Process Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all auditing activities within the organization to ensure that established processes and systems are followed timely and accurately. This role involves coordinating with various departments to monitor compliance, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to internal processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely execution of auditing schedules and follow-ups on pending actions.
Monitor the implementation of processes across departments and escalate deviations.
Document audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure corrective measures are implemented effectively.
Maintain updated records of audit activities and process changes.
Provide timely updates to management on audit status and risk areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in process coordination, auditing, or compliance roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across departments.
Proficiency in MS Office and audit management software is preferred
