Ensure that each department adheres to defined process structures.

Verify task completion and quality of execution across departments.
Identify delays or issues and follow up for timely resolution.
6) Reporting s Documentation:
Prepare detailed progress reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date records of project activities and status.
7) Follow-Up s Support:
Conduct regular follow-ups with teams for updates and issue resolution.
Provide administrative and coordination support as required.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum
2 year of experience
in a similar role (project coordination, process management, or administrative support).
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
