We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team for night-shift operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in healthcare or similar operational environments and possess strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support day-to-day operational activities efficiently Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of tasks Maintain, update, and analyze operational data, reports, and trackers using MS Excel Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and confidentiality at all times Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through calls, emails, and reports Identify operational gaps, risks, or issues and escalate them to the reporting manager Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets

Skills & Competencies

Good verbal and written communication skills Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting) Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks during night shifts High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Willingness to learn healthcare operations, processes, and tools
